Jan 1, 2022 Switched from Spectrum to T-Mobile due to pricing n terrible customer service. Unfortunately, t-mobile internet signal n speed is lacking terribly. Goes in n out, when receiving is great just never know when or IF that may be. Have worked with tech support who were great to work with. However, the fix was SHORT LIVED.
