You canā€™t talk to a person without going through a bunch of automated stuff. My modem is fried, I just need another one, but they want to send someone out. A visit is $100. No thanks. Send me a new one or just let me go and exchange it. Price is high and now they donā€™t have the unlimited plan for me. Over Xfinity. Will go without until I find something better that is allowed where I live.

Just the standard comcast review, they have great speed at most times but if anything ever goes wrong be prepared to wait at least a week for service.

They seem to be spotty in connection speeds even though there are not that many houses in the area
