I don't get the speed I pay for. When I called for service the person on the phone was quite mean and condescending. Once another fiber provider is available I will switch.

We changed our phone service, wireless and tv. It takes a while to open an email because it spins and buffers, my Utube videos buffer and stop, sometimes they won’t play at all. Tv also buffers. Very disappointed in the speed of using my devices. Definitely not “lightning fast”.
