The equipment they provide absolutely sucks. Ive had to return and change out things multiple times. Prices are terrible. Service is good when it works. If there was another option with on par speeds Id leave spectrum out of my dislike for them alone.

A representative from gonetspeed came and discussed changing my internet. Never a price change $49.95 for as long as I keep it. So I changed. Received a bill today that my bill will go up $10.00 every year and if I don't sign up for automatic payments I will be charged $5.00 every month. Hate being lied to. I will be canceling this service.

My internet is interrupted several times a week and I have to reset the modem to get it to work properly. When I call for service there are three levels of "expert" that you have to go through to get to the person who really can identify the problem. The trouble is that most people do not know that the first person they speak with has very little knowledge about internet. The second level is better but it's best if you just request a level three rep right form the start. It will save you at least 20 minutes on the phone.
