I left another provider to get better service with fiber, but I have yet to see the difference. Not to mention the service is out a lot and when it comes back up loses my local channels because it's pulling from another area. No one has ever figured it out either. I basically just keep rebooting until it finally finds the right location.

Unreliable, unreliable, unreliable. Service constantly goes out for 15-30 mins typically daily for the past three weeks. From time to time service is out for a day or so. The constant outages have forced us to go with another supplier. Do not consider if you work from home.

Time Warner Cable internet is reliable IF you buy your own high quality modem and router. Using their equipment will leave you with problems and a higher bill. Their prices are outrageously high compared to other providers I've had.
