Reliability and speed have been solid for over a month compared to my previous coax cable-based provider with asymmetric connection. I test may connection speed regularly and get above 800 Mbps on upload and download consistently. The installation crew was on time and finished the job quickly unlike a few years ago when the company was run by Frontier. Unfortunately, the Website is still a bit antiquated and it is difficult to make changes.
