For some reason Spectrum goes down at least once a month. Sometimes just an hour, up to 3-4 days. When they are down they should be deducting on your next bill for services not provided.

So I have spectrum included in my rent. I have the old equipment and I havenā€™t sent it in yet so my cable and internet got shut off. Today Spectrum called me and said if I pay 23.99 today my service could be restored. I paid it and it is the last of my money. So when they sent me to the department to reconnect me, I get told that I was lied to and they wouldnā€™t reconnect me. So I said then send me back my money. I was told they canā€™t do that! So their company called and lied to me and I canā€™t get my money back. WHAT??? So they can call u and lie to u to get money and thatā€™s ok??? How is this company still getting business? I want my money back and I guess itā€™s ok for businesses to call u and lie!!!! Iā€™m not happy!
