Pay way too much for very mediocre service. Have trouble getting Netflix and internet speeds have dropped to less than 50 although I pay $260+ per month!

I’ve had Cox for over 13 yrs. The price is crazy now and not durable. Customer service is horrible. I’m looking to change as we speak.

Century Link makes me hopeful Google Fiber will come to Phoenix very soon. The speed and service isn't bad, it's just so expensive.
