Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Burbank

AT&T Customer

I purchased the AT&T Gateway modem with a 12 month warranty. In month 13, I lost connection. Service personnel said the modem was broken and installed a new one. I asked if there would be a difference in my monthly bill and he said no. He took MY modem and left. Next bill showed a monthly lease for a modem. Called AT&T and they said their NEW policy was not sale modems but lease them. I said fine I wanted mine back since no real diagnostics were performed on it. They said, "sorry, we refurbish the old modems and either lease them or sale them somewhere else. So, They stole my piece of equipment, sold or leased it to another person. They are a monopoly and act accordingly.

My current provider is Charter Internet. Overall, my internet service has been fast and reliable. Whenever I have reached out to the Charter customer service team with a question they have been quick to respond and able to help solve any issues I may have.
