Martha G | 06-11-2019

I called customer service and was given an appt. through the automated service. I was asked to be home for 4 hours and a technician would come. After waiting 4 hours no one showed up, so I called again and was told it went to an external technician and the ticket was closed but the problem still existed. I made another appointment for a technician to come out. I didn't receive an explanation of why I had to be at my house. The human on the phone blamed the automated system. This is not acceptable.
