the amount of times “an outage was reported in your area” pops up i might as well not use the internet it seems like every other week it’s always the same crap i’m not a professional with the wifi but how hard is it to keep it up!? it’s ridiculous in my opinion. half the time and cant use it when i want so what is the point in paying for it!???!? do not pick spectrum find some other internet providers to look at.
