Sandi S | 02-19-2022

I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and have never had so many difficulties in the last year. My service will be out for 5 days once a tech can come. The customer service rep lied to me, telling me this is day 3 of an outage that is being worked on, but my neighbors had no problems. It was miraculously back on in 3 minutes, yet I still had no connection in my home. Suddenlink can not handle the bandwidth demand of the majority of the city, hence the frequent outages. They are one of the few choices here, even in new build areas.
