Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Round Rock

The router provided by Time Warner made our internet sluggish and when I bought my own router to use it was a big increase in speed. On top of that, it took nearly a month after signing up for them to send a technician and to actually have the services up and running. Then after all of that they attempted to charge for all the downtime. Now, the speed is decent, I don't have many other options for speeds I need in my area so the price fits out of need, and the service is okay and has only had interruptions twice in nearly eight months.

Service can be a bit spotty. If there are any issues with the bill it's usually a hassle to deal with them and returning a modem is time consuming.
