Called for the first time to consult internet services in my area and was abruptly hung on with 2 service reps on the line and having taken my call back number after I asked about service availability and up time in my area. I cannot recommend this company just by their customer service.

An unreal joke of a company. Installation and customer service is below elementary. If you can find another carrier, do so.
