Terrible custom service. If you try to figure out a problem using their chat you will never get an answer. You will wait for the next agent from 15 to 45 minutes and then he will tell you that you need to call the custom service. And there you have to wait even longer until they connect you. I canceled my TV service and left only the internet. Then I had to call and cancel a few more times because no one even thought to cancel it there. So I still get invoices to pay for TV. And every time they promise to cancel it. Completely unprofessional agents. They never know the answer to a question. They keep you on the line for an hour or more and do nothing to resolve your problem.

Awful, They came out an fix their line to my house because a tree fell on it. Never said it would be a 100 fee and the next thing I know its on my bill. Spend 90 plus minutes fighting with them over the bill. Canceling service and moving to cable. The internet drops all the time anyway!! Horrible company.
