"Customer Service" is abysmal! I have a charge on my account that I did not authorize. I can not contact a live representative without logging in on line. I logged in, but still get the same recording telling me to log in. I tried to contact via online account, but was told someone would call me back. Ha! 36 hrs later, no call. Price of service continues to climb, service non existent Time to cut the cable

Please give us our 1200 speed. We were able to run 2 game systems and smart TVs with no issues. Once we started having issues we looked into our account and found out we were downgraded to 7 or 800. We have 6 devices at any give time to game and now we canā€™t and itā€™s getting frustrating. About to cancel

When I signed up, I was promised speeds per the contract that were changed and no longer guaranteed and I ended up with an extremely unreliable and slow service, then when I cancelled, I was told there would be no refunds on unused time even though it was almost a full month. I got service for less than half the price with unlimited data and no slow downs on speeds

Worst internet service I've ever had. Connection drops multiple times daily. None of the three technicians that have been sent can find a solution to the problem. To top it all, their customer service representatives are uncooperative and inconsiderate. If this was an isolated incident involving me only I wouldn't post, but since the entire neighborhood has the same issue, it's you Xfinity, not me.
