Quite upset with my whole experience with Spectrum. First of all, I had no choice but choose Spectrum due to my location and had no option to choose another provider. Very frequently, our wifi would go out and we'd have to wait for the local Spectrum service to fix it. Communication all around was not good. When I ended my account due to moving, I was told various things, including that I did and did not have an additional payment. Then I got charged in the end. If I had the option to use another service, I would have but unfortunately I did not have that choice.
