I spoke with an agent through the chat regarding some internet issues I was having. I got it resolved and asked about upgrade options since I have been with Spectrum since 2018. I was told by the agent, Christine, that I could call the Customer Loyalty Team to see about getting an upgrade at a discounted price for being a loyal customer. She told me: "Now I also see that you have been a loyal customer with us since 2018. What you can do is also contact our customer loyalty team to see how they can upgrade you with a discounted option." I got the number, waited a reasonable amount of time on hold, and another agent got on the line. I explained that I was told I could call this number and see about upgrade options at a discount for being a loyal customer. The agent on the phone told me that they don't have a Customer Loyalty Team and there are no upgrades available at a discount. I really don't appreciate that I was lied to and the agent on the phone was very condescending in his tone when I mentioned this information. I asked why it shows online that there are faster internet speeds available for $20-$30 less than what I am paying and he admitted that the prices online are for new customers and will eventually raise in price to what I'm paying now but if I wanted faster options "then you would have to pay more, obviously." His tone and such was just really off putting. I understand that better costs more, however when I'm told that I could get a discount for being a "loyal customer" who has never been late on the bill and have NEVER had any issues until recently, that it isn't an option and get met with a tone as if I'm an idiot for believing it, was just plain rude. There was no "I'm sorry but..." just "That's not a thing, there is the billing department and tech support." No real empathy or customer support when I get lied to by another department.

Our service for a number or residents in our building went down a week ago. Our service is still down with no ETA when it will be fixed. We may be down for weeks which in today's day and time is unacceptable.

Service out half the week every week, refuse to send technicians out again after one diagnosed issue as outside connection and setup at apartment building. Will not offer bill credits for multiple days documented with service out. Will harass with 10+ calls a day if you refuse to pay for their services not rendered.

Spectrum internet is slow on a good day, and non-existent on a bad day (i.e., most days). Our internet goes out at least ten times a day (I notice because I work from home). Even when using an Ethernet cable, the internet manages not to work. I have tried calling customer service and was only able to reach a recording. When I selected the "Have a representative call me back" option, I was called back promptly, before being "transferred"--to a busy signal. Every time I go to Walmart I am harassed by Spectrum employees asking who my internet provider is. I tell them, "You guys. And we hate it." After trying all the options available to get what we pay for, we're still being charged for a service that works maybe 40% of the time. If we had any other option, we'd take it. Horrible, horrible provider with equally ridiculous "customer service"--if "service" can even apply to a recording.

I wouldn't recommend TWC internet service to my worst enemy. I have had nothing but headaches dealing with this company. I love the cable service that TWC offers, but I really can't deal with the internet service. This company has way too many service interruptions with it's internet service.

My internet service is good, but they are continuously going up on the price without any added value. I'm looking to find something less expensive for the same service.
