When the internet is up and running, the service is fine. The problem however is that it's inconsistent. In just two months, I've dealt with more than one major outage that's laster for more than 2 hours. Frequent, meaning almost daily, internet disconnections. For the price, I don't think it's worth it and already looking into providers.

I have had FIOS for several years now. The speed is good and we have had very few service issues. Much better than the service Time Warner offers.
