Ever since they have merged with Bright House (Small Operator) and Charter for the name of Spectrum>, Their internet speeds have been nothing more than Impressive, 100 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, perfect for online gaming, it's not the best and they speed up at night which leads to smooth internet

Internet is very slow. Drops service often and is not good in parts of house. Very hard to reach customer service and price is out of reason. If you call with a problem, they try to upsell the customer!
