Unreliable, Constant service interruptions, the internet is down 5 times a week, often for 2hrs or more. We pay for 1000mbs, but my speed never breaks 200. They've come out and played around in the box but they never fix it and always say "We'll have to bring out a technician, no technician ever comes. AWFUL.

Spectrum Tv & Internet are good, but keep raising price on Internet Service. Customer Service is no help. Called to discuss & C/S Rep was insistent to sell me equipment insurance & would not discuss my charges & when I said no to her offer, hung up on me. No help.

Worst customer service ever!!! missed my install date twice in a row and now want me to wait 9 more days. I have had ATT 14 yrs and always horrible service. ENOUGH!! I will be switching my cell phones, tv and internet. Sad thing they don't even care...
