Customer reviews of internet providers in Tyler

Optimum

If there was a negative five stars, I would click on it. Worst customer service on phone and in store. Lies, Scams, and Overcharges! NOT worth signing up for! I've read many, many complaints about optimum/Suddenlink.

Had so many issues with the routers supplied by the company, I had to go purchase my own. For the following three months it was a constant battle with the company to get the charge removed from my bill, this was not fixed until I told them to cancel my account. The internet speed is good for a couple of days at a time, but there are always issues regardless if you have you system wired into the router or on Wi-Fi (and yes I pay for the top speed) Overall if you can get anything else where you live don’t go with this company, they will disappointed no matter what and overcharge you the entire way.

While the speed for our business works, customer service is extremely poor. We are being charged late fees regularly, in spite of the fact that we mail the bill 20 or more days before it's due. At this point, there is no excuse other than Suddenlink failing to process payment so to receive extra money for nothing. As soon as there is decent competition, we will leave this poor excuse for a provider.
