I started with Verizon, then Frontier, now Ziply. I felt like a valued customer and had no internet issues through the Verizon/Frontier years but that ended with Ziply. I have had periods of slow or disrupted streaming since Ziply took over and have now been informed that my bill will increase $20.00 each month because the promotional discount I received expired. I wasn't made aware that I was on a promotional discount plan in the first place. Feels deceptive. I'm looking for a new internet provider!

This is the worst internet company I have experienced in the past 11 years. I was with CenturyLink for 10 months, and I had to stay at home and wait for their technicians to come and fix the broken line 9 times! Two of the CenturyLink technicians told me that their infrastructure is pretty old and bad and recommended me to find other internet providers and save myself!
