I switched to Centrylink and service was good, but service went down hill after the pandemic begin. At first I felt everyone is working from home, but it's two years and service has gotten worse! Would not recommend!

Worse cable ever. Loose cable almost every day. This weekend was out on Friday three times and almost all day Saturday. As I work from home I am loosing time and money when it is out. Always get a voice message no one to talk to. Have rebooted 7 times since Friday. Always an excuse from them. Am paying for high speed but is always the mid level amount. Always want to sell you upgrades, pay fir them and rarely get them. So frustrating. Just went to post and could not do it cable is out. What a joke.

I dropped off my box and closed out my account and was still billed $75. I ended up calling after seeing the charge and spoke with someone in accounting (2 hrs of my life wasted). I was told that I would be refunded within 48hrs. One month later and I’ve yet to receive my refund. Only to call to find out that I won’t be receiving it because the representative lost the document and never actually closed out my account. Save yourself the headache and find a different internet provider. The customer service and internet service itself is terrible and constantly down.
