What is the best internet provider in San Jose?

Both ISPs offer gigabit speeds in most areas of the city, with Xfinity topping out at 3,000 Mbps and AT&T hitting top speeds of 5,000 Mbps. The connection is terrible. Incredibly slow but they said nothing else is available. We can't get any other service because AT&T has a stranglehold on our area but AT&T also won't offer a decent service here. So we are stuck with terrible internet. I will never use AT&T again.

Incredibly high prices for extremely low speed. Worst price to speed ratio existent. Service, however, is very reliable, best of all. Excessive greed is their killer.

Xfinity is terrible. If there is literally any other reasonable option, take it. The internet through Xfinity is spotty, not as speedy as advertised, and customer service is garbage. The only way your speed ever measures up to advertised is if you visit the speed test website that they own… All the other speed test sites show way lower values.
