Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in San Jose

AT&T Customer

Direct tv is a really good cable, you can watch many good movies and TV shows. The price is ok it's not that bad. We have Internet but it's kinda slow and sometimes there's internet but it doesn't work, so we have to reset it

Customer service isn't the best but speed is ok. Sometimes it seems to drop to a slower rate and then it gets frustrating. I am in IT so I know the test and I know when there is an issue with the provider.

Sometimes the the speed drops below the rated speed. No service disruptions in last 1 year. But pricing keeps increasing and no benefits for being a loyal customer for years.
