Very expensive. Takes a very long time to get an actual human to come out to address problems. Long phone tree to customer service.

Not real satisfied with cable channel packaging. Cost seems high. Customer service good, however.

I took the highest bandwidth option (cable modem). My location also had DSL and Hughes satellite availble. Bend also offers a wide spread wi-fi, but I had had a problem with that type of service and opted for their cable service + TV streaming instead. We're about 95% happy. Even though we will still have internet service, their streaming service can be a little glitchy. We'd consider SpaceX Starlink, when it's availible, if the pricing get better.

Speed is amazing but they keep raising prices along with the fact the signal drops out during the day never noticed it before COVID but now having to work from home it's madding
