I get less than 1 mbps with T-Mobile. I would not recommend T-Mobile for anyone who lives in Nabb, Indiana.

Having been a T-Mobile customer for 20 years, thought we would give the home internet a try. When we first signed up, $100 was offered as incentive. By the time T-Mobile sent the signal box, the incentive was cut to $50. It has been 6 months since receiving service, and we have received $0 of the promised sign up incentive! Very disappointing, Tmobile!

I thank my lucky stars for T-Mobile. They are just about the only provider that services our area, and they have affordable broadband. The only other place that serves my area, being Tribal land, wants three times as much for les than half the data and slower speed. They are not taking part in ACP, which I am upset about, but they are lower priced than the other option. My connection was superb for a long time. It's been almost, if not two years and my connection gets lost quite often now. I am going to contact them and see about getting this fixed, but thought others should know.

T-Mobile's internet service is a scam, and their employees have admitted that in a recent online article. They have stated that they are aware that the service slows down to the point of being unable to use the internet at all in the evenings, and that they have been directed to tell consumers that there is a tower issue. I have experienced this repeatedly since I moved into my home in March of 2022. T-Mobile was so eager to be the first cell company to offer internet that they rolled out a service which does not live up to its promises. I have already filed an FTC report, and all consumers experiencing similar issues should do the same.

I was lied to from the start just for a commission and I am disgusted. Luckily, I read the reviews online after ONLY doing the 14 day free home internet trial over the phone- didn't like what I saw and when I received the Modem, I didn't open the box, break the seal or anything. I called, got a return label and stuck it right back in the mail, after being reassured that all of these steps would ensure that the $49.98 fee would NOT be taken from my account, I never registered the modem, went through the set up process or opened the box... 3 days later- there's a $49.98 charge, then 2 days later I get an email confirming my refund for $0.00. I was laughably angry by now. So I call, againnnn, and THIS time there's a cell phone line AND active home internet registered to me. Yea, they got the modem back, but had I NOT called, that accpunt would have stayed active and charged me over $200 the next month-for nonexistent service and equipment. Don't do it. Just try ANYthing else but TMobile. They are scammers and don't own any of their own towers or services anyway. Smh. Disgustting.

Once I was signed up I found out that the cell tower that served me was an old tower that only had LTE service and no 5G. after a couple of weeks that broke down and my service was out for a day and returned with only 1.5 to 3 Mbps. I am going to switch as soon as I can.

After using HughesNet for over ten years, were not satisfied with. we heard of this T-Moble internet in our rural area. We pay for 100MB and get less than one. Pay for 100 data, and when you reach 100, speed drops to 0. So, we were without internet for a week. T-Moble told us we have four towers in a 4-mile radius.
